Horror Vacui blends early ’80s goth with postpunk in a horror tinged sound. Their name reflects a signature style built on tight guitar driven songs, sing along hooks and vocal lines many of which have become modern goth anthems as for In Darkness You Will Feel Alright. Fans of Corpus Delicti, Sisters of Mercy, Christian Death, Fields of The Nephilim and Killing Joke will find familiar ground. Their lyrics explore identity, darkness, society and the human psyche with a raw urgency that also defines their live presence and political stances.
